Is Kanye’s Malibu Home Mirroring His Life?

Much discussion about architect Tadao Ando, the world famous architect who designed the 40,000 s.f. recently purchased by Beyoncé and JayZ for $200 million and setting the record for the highest price tag paid for residential real estate in California.

Last year Kanye West purchased another Ando project, a 4000-square-foot ocean front home. He purchased the property in September 2021, for $57 million.

After buying the home, West gutted the property preparing for extensive renovations – however, it seems the project has been abandoned and the entire oceanfront side of the house has been exposed to the elements for a year.

The once modern Malibu mansion is in complete disrepair very much like it’s owner’s career as a result of on-going anti-Semitic rants that cost him tens of millions in loss of lucrative contracts and longtime friendships according to sources.
