Malibu Creek State Park Shootings Trial Set to Begin

Almost five years after the murder of Tristan Beaudette at Malibu Creek State Park, the trial for his accuser is about to begin next week.

Anthony Rauda who is charged with Beaudette’s death and the attempted murder of nine others including Beaudette’s two children who were in the tent with him when he was shot in the head will finally learn his fate in the case that has been shrouded in controversy after the cover-up of two years of shootings by law enforcement was exposed by our sister publication, The Local Malibu.

On May 1st, per my sources, Malibu Creek State Park Shootings witnesses were seen walking into Hall of Justice. A detective close to the case indicated the trial would be starting and was estimated to last approximately two months.

Deputy District Attorney Antonella Nistorescu is prosecuting the case.
